Jonathan McCloskey
Jonathan brings 29 years of corporate expertise from the worlds of Finance, Outsourcing and Contact Centres. His previous roles have included Head of Irish Operations for Computershare CLS, where he managed a team of +150, Head of Contact Centre for Ulster Bank (RBS/NatWest) and Business Manager to the CEO. Before joining Awayke he worked in Spain for Webhelp as an Operations Manager, leading 5 multi-linguistic teams.
His 23 years in leadership and coaching roles, granular experience in recruiting, and strong track record of building and leading teams through growth, migration and customer transformation, has made him a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates in the contact centre industry.
